Although the Chinese New Year commences on January 23 there are increasing rumours that the Royal Family is on the run and facing financial disaster.

This web site began predicting the demise of the English Royal family in September, 2011, shortly after Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his colleauges were advised of new information that alleged that Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Phillip has been secret investors in the diabolical scheme to loot the water export revenues that Canada would earn from

exporting fresh water to the United States and Mexico.

The truth of these allegations is now corroborated by the refusal of the Government in Canada issue a formal denial notwithstanding the fact that the allegations have been made in official comunications to its lawyers and have been filed in pleadings in the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

The difficulties faced by Canadian Prime Minister Harper should not be underestimated. As a well known royalist, Harper would have been shocked, stunned and dis-oriented by the news that Queen Elizabeth and her husband had broken their solemn obligations and acted in a way that sought to undermine the sovereignity of Canada.
Furthermore, as a staunch ally of the United States and a man with a reputation for integrity and honesty in his dealings with American presidents, Bush and Obama, Harper was now in a very embarassing position due to the past activities of his allegedly disloyal Queen.

Queen Elizabeth, who had previously publically embarassed US President Obama at a state diner at Buckingham Palace, was now facing a huge public scandal that could leave her reputation completely destroyed throughout the British Connomwelath and dis-enfranchise her family including the newly crafted celebrity, Prince William, from the continued occupation of the Thrones of Canada and her other Commonwealth Realms.

On December 14, 2011, this web site posted the first predictions of a possible early death of one or more members of the Royal family in the comng months and as if in rush to fulfill the prophecy Prince Phillip was suddenly rushed ot hospital on December 23, 2011, where his life was saved through high level medical intervention.

Today, former Forbes Magazine editor and now world famous internatioanl geo-political and global financial analyst, Benajmin Fulford, a Canadian who lives in Japan, has revealed that certain global powers ``have issued a warning to the British Royal Family that they must replace Elizabeth with her son Harry by April 1st of this year.``Of course royal watchers know that Harry is not the son of Queen Elizabeth but is her gandson and, according to some royal watchers , a step grandson. So, the statement attributed to Mr. Fulford contains an obvious mistake.
For those who are unaware of the signifance of these matters, it has long been suspected that Harry is not the legitiamte son of Prince Charles but comes from aonther line of descent which means that Harry, but not his older brother William, would be entitled to occupy the Throne of Canada if Queen Elizabeth and her progeny were disqualified. due to corrupt practcies. This is now a distinct possibility due to revelations of royal involvement in the Canadian water scandal.

Prime Ministers Fret While Queen Elizabeth Sweats

United Kingdom (British) Prime Minister David Cameron paid a visit to Ottawa, Canada's capital city, on September 22nd and 23rd, 2011, after he and Canadian Prime Minister Harper held secret meetings with American officials in New York City on Spetember 20 and 21.

Sources advise the private meeting in Canada was arranged approximately two weeks prior at the request of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper who was advised, in August, 2011, that Queen Elizabeth II and/or other members of the Royal family had been secret investors in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., the company at the heart of the illegal scheme to loot Canada's water export revenues.

The allegation was backed up by sworn evidence filed in an affidaivt in a Canadian court and is serious enough that, if true, Queen Elizabeth II and her family will be forced to vacate the Throne of Canada which would then have a domino effect around the British Commonwealth and, of course, in the mother country of England.

How could England keep Queen Elizabeth II on the throne after the Canadians had tossed her out for being a crook?

Canadians and their English cousins are now asking if Canadian Prime Minister Harper and U.K. Prime Minister Cameron are secretly plotting the removal of Queen Elizabeth II from the Thrones of England and Canada.

Immediately after the meeting with British Prime Minister Cameron, Prime Minister Harper hurried back to New York City where he was reported to be involved in high level meetings with American officials who are aware of the allegations and evidence that implicates Queen Elizabeth and others in the Water War Crimes.

In an interesting co-incidence that may not be a co-incidence at all, Friday, the 13th, is a day selected by some killers to send a message because of its symbolism arising from the massacre of Knights Templar, the alleged precursor of the modern Freemasons, by the Pope and his agents, on Friday the 13th in 1307. Pierre Trudeau was a prominent and public Roman Catholic but, some suspect, he was also a Freemason, or swung both ways, as they say, which makes sense because Trudeau had Scottish antecedents on his mother's side and married a Sinclair, a family closely linked to Freemasonry.

On July 17, 1918, one of the most significant assassinations in modern history took place when Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and his entire family were executed by the Bolsheviks exactly one year (a birthday present?) after King George V of England declared the British Royal Family would henceforth bear the name Winsdor. If Michel Trudeau has died on July 17, 1998 in a freak, supposed, accident, the symbolism would not have been lost on Pierre Trrudeau who was a great friend of the Communists.

According to the RCMP, Canada's national police force, whose members investigated the so-called accident, the body of Michel Trudeau was never found so the cause of death is "officially" unknown.

There is now reason to think that Michel Trudeau may have been murdered as part of a warning to Pierre Trudeau and his friends in Canada's Queen's Privy Council, who knew about the secret investments of Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal family, that they had better keep their mouths shut.

Concurrent with US Democratic House Leader Nancy Pelosi's visit. the Globe and Mail, Canada's national policy shaper and mind control instrument, continues its project of re-shaping Canadian public opinion on the issue of bulk water exports.

The Globe and Mail played a significant role in the Water War Crimes by misleading the Canadian and world public in 2000 when these issues ended the careers of Supreme Court of Canda Chief Justice, Antonio Lamer, and Supreme Court of British Columbia Chief Justice, Bryan Williams. In our opinion, in 2000, the Globe and Mail became party to a government fraud against the Canadian public through misrepresentation of the facts related to the William's resignation.

These two recent Globe articles were timed to coincide with US Democratic House Leader, Nancy Pelosi's visit to Ottawa where she met various Canadian dignitaries including Francine Demarais, the daughter of Water War Crimes king pin, Prime Minister Jean Chretien, who narrowly escaped being interred in the Graveyard of the Guilty as death number 14 in the Water War Crimes, when a blood vessel blew out inside his head in early August. Denied his victim, the Angel of Death went hunting and located Canadian Liberal Party Leader Michael Ignatief's Communications Director, Mario Lague, a suspected Water War Crimes insider not named in the lawsuit and the Angel of Death drove Mario Lague and his motorcycle into another vehicle - death number 14. Incidentally, Lague had been with Canada's secret ruling body the Privy Council from 1998 to 2003 when many of the Water War Crimes were carried out in the Canadian Courts which have now become compromised due to rampant executive branch interference in political cases.

Showing continued disdain for American visitors, Prime Minister Harper chose to travel to Canada's hinterland so he would be absent when the second most powerful politicians in the United States was travelling to Canada. This may explain why Italian Canadian, Guy Giorno, Prime Minister Harper's Chief of Staff quit his position the week before Ms. Pelosi's visit. Ms. Pelosi is a prominent American of Italian heritage and the Prime Ministerial snub is now a matter of public record. At least, Mr. Giorno can walk with his head high in Toronto's Italian Community from whence he hails.

In June 2008, Canadian Prime Minister Harper showed similar disdain for prominent American Senators McCain and Lindsey, who on June 10, 2008, from Boston, announced their intention to visit Ottawa on June 20, 2008, prompting Prime Minister Harper to leave the City to hide in Canada's back woods.

Mario Lague's death is part of the unfolding pattern of predicted "destruction and death".

"More destruction and death" was predicted in a May 2010 e-mail to Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues immediately after the sudden death of British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge Stansfield on May, 7, 2009, whose death Mr. Carten had earlier predicted on April 20, 2009, in a private e-mail that was being followed by the authoritiers in Canada and, probably, elsewhere. .

Two years later on April 20, 2010, in the wake of the recent death (Feb 25, 2010) of retired civil servant and Water War Insider Jack Ebbels, Mr. Carten warned Madam Justice Gauthier that the Federal Court lawsuit (T-95-08) should be settled soon or he there would be more deaths. Mario Lague's sudden death is a fulfillment of that phrophecy also.

Sixteen days later, on May 6, 2010, the Angel of Death reached out for Water War Crimes insider,former Clerk of thr Privy Council Glen Shortliffe who died from a sudden unexpected heath attack. Mutiny Threatens Canada's RCMP While Crimes Go Uninvestigated, Prime Minister Harper Calls In Former Top Spy Reid Morden

Canada's Red Coated Police, the RCMP, are increasingly looking like group of bumbling idiots while the country begins to aks whether a serial killer is stalking those guilty of the Water War Crimes.

Since he was apppointed Commissioner on July 16, 2007, Commissioner Elliott has been on the receiving end of numerous requests from British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, that the RCMP carry out a full investigation of the Water War Crimes.

Packages of documents proving criminal activity by insiders have been sent to the embattled Commissioner who is now in the middle of what the Canadian media is calling a mutiny by senior staff at RCMP Headquarters in Ottawa.

Elliott who joined the RCMP from the ranks of the Canadian civil service is suspected of deliberately blocking investigations in order to protecting civil servants and politicians whom he worked with from 1988 to 2007 when many of the crimes took place.

In the meantime, 12 persons who are linked to the Water War Crimes have died, many in circumstnaces that suggest murder, and in April 2010, Deputy Attorney General, John Sims, suddenly quit his very senior position, without explanation, and some are suggesting his sudden departure was motivated by fear he could be next victim.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper, disturbed with the obvious mutiny growing in the senior ranks of the RCMP, quickly appointed former CSIS Director Reid Morden to conduct and inquiry into the matter that is blamed on Elliott's abusive management style. More astute observers suggest Elliott is cracking under pressure as the death toll mounts and he increasingly realizes his tactics of stonewalling the investigation is backfiring and may implicate him in a criminal cover up.

Morden does not come to the job without baggage. As former director of CSIS, from 1988 to 1991, Morden would have been well aware of the attempt by insiders to loot Canada's water export wealth through an illegally acquired monopoly position. In addition, Morden was subsequently Canada's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1991 to 1994 and he would most likely been privy to the efforts by Canada's government to cover up the crimes.

On May 6, 2010, Glen Shortliffe, the former Clerk of the Privy Council who was in charge of Canada's civil service from 1988 to 1994 when many of the Water War Crimes took place died from what his obituary called "an unexpected sudden heart attack" and murder is suspected.

On the West Coast, Mr. Carten has filed complaint with the Commissioner for Public Complaints about the Police over the refusal of the Victoria City Police to carry out an investigation of alleged criminal activity by British Columbia lawyer, Joanne Platt who according to sworn affidavits by independent witnesses was observed attempting to secretly and improperly influence a justice during a trial where Mr. Carten was the accused and there are allegations that Ms. Platt may be a member of a cult of Freemasons - an organization with a reputation for secretly attempting to fix cases and that has recenlty permitted women to join as members.

In May 2010, RCMP Deputy Commissioner, Gary Bass had been asked to investigate the same crimes by lawyer Joanne Platt but he has refused to acknowledge the correspondence from Mr. Carten a matter that is now under review by the Office for Public Complaints Against the RCMP.

The RCMP has consistently stonewalled all attempts to have these crimes investigated and now 13 insiders are dead leading observers to wonder whether or not a serial killer is stalking these insiders and when he or she will strike next.

The Vancouver Sun reported today that a United Nations group has recommended a “long-term moratorium placed on any further mining developments in southeastern British Columbia, immediately west of the Alberta border, in the corridor of natural terrain" between Waterton-Glacier and Banff/Jasper national parks.

Flathead Lake is a key link in the bulk water delivery system known as the North American Water and Power Authority (NAWAPA) that was first floated in the 1960's but was sunk by political corruption in Canada. The development of the NAWAPA is critical to the long term prosperity of the American economy and that of northern Mexico where water is strictly rationed.

A few weeks ago, British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, announced that the Province will move ahead quickly with the development of the Site C Dam (shown right) on the Peace River which is another water project that is part of the NAWAPA. Shortly after, fresh from a secret meeting with the Bilderberg Club, Premier Campbell announced at the Western Canadian Premiers Conference a new direction for Canadian water policy management that included the United States and Mexico.

It is believed these developments that are reaching a critical stage at this time prompted prominent British Columbia politician, Blair Lekstrom, (shown left)to quit the Premier Campbell's cabinet and the BC Liberal Party caucus to which he belongs.

Observers reckon Mr. Lekstrom does not wish to face the heat from the local land owners whose farmlands and homes will be flooded to make way for a water delivery system that will fundamentally change the culture and economy of western North America.
In a similar move, long term Canadian federal politician Jay Hills, (shown right) also from the Peace River area, announced his decision not to seek re-elction in the next federal election. Mr. Hills entered the federal scene as part of the Reform Party movement in western Canada and has been a fixture in Ottawa for almost two decades.

Ms. Dauphinee was given a highly sensitive job as the Premier's Deputy Chief of Staff and with recent annoncements by Canadian Intelligence Chief Fadden that some of Canada' provinical politicians are under the influence of foreign governments there has been a heightened interest in the background of Ms. Dauphinee who appeared, mysteriously, at the Premier's side in the late 1990's when he was clearly the heir appaent although a well known philanderer.
Despite her position, there is suprisingly very little information in the public domain about Ms. Daupinee, her background and who she worked for before being given a highly sensitive position in the Premier's office. There is some speculation she was a simple bar maid in a local Vancouver watering hole which would undermine claims by the Premier's press corps - a highly partisan group - she was highly qaulified for the job.

After two and one half years of continued and calculated delay, Canada's Federal Court advised on June 29, 2010, that it unlikely a decision would be made prior to the end of August 2010 in the matter of whether or not Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs will be entitled to pursue their lawsuit against the Canadian Government in Canada's Federal Court.

Federal Court Justice Joanne Gauthier, appointed by Prime Minister Jean Chretien and shown above right , had indicated at a hearing on April 20, 2010, that a decision would be forthcoming very quickly but the matter is delayed again presumably on direction by Canada's Minister of Justice Rob Nicholson, shown left, who was a member of the Kim Campbell gang that played a central role in Canada's greatest scandal- the Water War Crimes.

The Kim Campbell gang is a group of political insiders, namely Patrick Kinsella, Allan Gregg, Lyle Knott and Rob Nicholson who were supporters of former Canadian Prime Minister, Kim Campbell, and who are closely linked to the Water War Crimes.

Several key witnesses have died by sudden unexpected heart attacks and murder is real possibility because members of the Kim Campbell Gang may be facing serious jail time. At the hearing on April 20, 2010 Justice Gauthier was warned that there would be more deaths if the claims of Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs were not resolved soon and the prediction, like other made previously, came true.

Carten suggests that the RCMP have done a very poor job investigating these murders because if the truth ever comes out Canada and the RCMP may cease to exist as we know them.

The Canadian Museum of Human Rights was the brainchild of Canadian lawyer, businessman and media mogul, Israel "Izzy" Asper. Serious observers have speculated that Izzy Asper may have been a player or investor in W.C. W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. for a number of reasons.

1. Mr. Asper was a very astute and well connected western Canadian businessman from Winnipeg and WCW had the inside edge with its illegal contract with the Government of British Columbia.

2. A significant number of WCW shareholders who benefitted from insider knowledge of the secret illegal agreement were also from Winnipeg.

3. Lloyd Axworthy and Paul Fraser, prominent political/legal personalities linked to WCW and the Water War Crimes are from Winnipeg.

4. Margaret Annett, represented by lawyer Paul Fraser, and the President of WCW was also from Winnipeg.

5. In 2001, an Indo Canadian gentleman with connections to Izzy Asper approached Mr. Carten in Vancouver attempting to obtain a copy of the McCarthy Tetrault legal opinion that was then not published. The request for a copy of the legal opinion was denied.

6. Mr. Asper's former law partner Gerald Schwarz is married to Heather Reisman who was the niece of Simon Reisman who negotiated the Free Trade Agreement on behalf of Canada with the United States. Simon Reisman gave public speeches stating water must be on the table if the Americans were going to enter a Free Trade Agreement with Canada.

7. Mr. Asper was a close friend of former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien who is alleged to have been an investor in WCW and Mr. Asper died of a sudden heart attack on October 7, 2003 a few days after a private meeting with Prime Minister Chretien.

8. When Gordon Campbell was first elected Premier of British Columbia one of the first visitors to his office was Izzy Asper. If Campbell was aware that Mr. Izzy Asper had been invested in WCW then there existed the perfect opportunity for a deal whereby the Asper controlled media agreed to go easy on Campbell, which they have done for over ten years.

9. Asper controlled newspapers and other media outlets have deliberatel lied to the Canadian public about the political corruption and offshore accounts related to WCW.

10. Mr. Asper was also a close friend of former Canadian Prime Minister, Paul Matin, who played a prominent role ion the Water War Crimes.

11. Thirteen people who are linked to the Water War Crimes, including nine judges, had died since 2006, either by sudden heart attack or the sudden onset of a terminal disease. This is not a random co-incidence. Mr. Asper died by a sudden unexpected heart attack

Was Izzy Asper murdered?

Izzy Asper had an astonishing number of connections to the players in the Water War Crimes and, if he was an inside investor in WCW (a fact that is not yet determined), then, other insiders would have had a motive to murder him and this would be especially so if other insiders thought he was considering exposing the whole story in his newspapers and other media outlets that he owned - which he might have done had he not died so suddenly.

Did CSIS Director Fadden Target Premier Campbell?

In the first week of June, 2010, Canadian Government TV newsman, Peter Mansbridge, (the man in the centre of the photo with the bald head), and British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, (the man behind with his hands on his hips) were spotted attended the highly secretive Bilberberg Club meeting in Spain. The Bilderberg Club is reputed to secretly control governments.

A few weeks later, Canada's Security and Intelligence Director, Richard Fadden, shown left, caused a sensation in Canada by accusing some of Canada's provincial politicians, like Premier Campbell, of being under the control of foreign goverments.

Premier Campbell, known for selling off public assets at discount prices to foreign controlled corporations, is widely reputed to be the target of Fadden's remarks.

Not unexpectedly, Campbell launched a blistering attack on Fadden calling him "unprofessional".

The remark was laughable, coming from Mr. Campbell, shown right, who has a reputation for womanizing, public drunkenness and using public funds to pay for his mistress who earns over $150,000 as his Deputy Chief of Staff.

Premier Campbell continues to stonewall an investigation of whether or not he has been using public money to pay an huge public salary to his mistress who accompanies him on expensive junkets to foreign destinations.

Poliitcal observers predict that Premier Campbell will be forced from office in the coming weeks as the public grows increasingly disgusted at the flagrant conduct of both him and his mistress.

Premier Gordon Campbell and his gang have been covering up the Water War Crimes for almost a full decade by using government agencies to attack and discredit whistleblower lawyer John Frederick Carten who, along with his colleague Karen Gibbs, have launched an unprecedent lawsuit against Campbell and his colleauges in Canada's Federal Court - a court the "Campbell Gang" does not control. Under increasing pressure of the threat of trade retaliation from the United States, Canada's Western Premiers are meeting in Vancouver,m June 15 & 16, 2010, to discuss "Canada US relations" and "water policy"

Premier Gordon Campbell, under orders from his Builderberg Bosses whom he met in Spain (June 5 and 6) and under pressure to resign due to a looming sex for jobs scandal, has been a key player in the cover up of The Water War Crimes and is reported to have secretly negotiated several agreements with American States to facilitate massive bulk water exports.

Campbell supporters Peter Brown, Lyall Knott, Paul Fraser, and Patrick Kinsella were all strong supporters of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. back in 1988 to 1991 when secret Canadian insiders sought to hi-jack Canada's water export wealth and set up an illegal monopoly in the United States to distribute Canadian fresh water.

Alberta Premier Ed Stelmach, shown left, will play a role in the discussions because the Peace River flows from British Columbia into Alberta. and water flows will be reduced when the diversions are put in place to ship massive amounts of fresh water to California and other states. Former Alberta Premier Peter Lougheed has gone on public record denouncing any plans to divert so called Canadian water to the USA although, hypocritically, he led his province into the Canada US Free Trade Agreement that guarantees Alberta the right to sell its non renewable oil and natural gas gas reserves into the United States in exchange for a guarantee that the supply will not be cut.

Premier Stelmach's position on bulk water exports remains clouded in a mixture of gas and oil.

Yukon Premier Denis Fentie shown right is expected to be keenly interested because the Yukon Territory, along with the State of Alaska, contain the northernmost extremities of the NAWAPA, the decades old plan veloped by Parson's Engineering to deliver massive quantities of fresh water water from Alaska, the Yukon and British Columbia to California, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico.

The sudden, unexpected, immediate, resignation of Michael Pitfield from his job as Canadian Senator on June 1, 2010 suggests that Mr. Pitfiled was engaged in some highly improper misconduct.

Michael Pitfield was the senior civil servant of Canada when Canada was governed by Prime Minister Pierre Turdeau a self admitted communist. Mr. Trudeau craftily used Canada's National Energy Program to enrich his family at taxpayers expense.

The BC Rail Corruption Case has some startling linkages to the Water War Crimes. Firstly, there is Premier Gordon Campbell who has been covering up the Water War Crimes for over a decade and who recently has been busy making high level secret "water" deals with Arnold Schwarznegger and other assorted American Governors from Washington, Oregon and Montana.

Observers have noted Campbell to be suffering from a stress induced mental disorder related to the timing of his retirement.

Then there is the unregistered alleged lobbyiest, Patrick Kinsella, whose firm the Progressive Group advised W. C. W, Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. to persuade the Government of Bill Vander Zalm to grant it a monopoly on bulk water exports by destroying all competition through the use of a device known as a moratorium. Kinsella is a probable witness in the BC Rail Corruption trial

And then there is Paul Fraser, the lawyer for W.C.W. western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. who assisted that company negotiate special rights for access ot water from export in a deal that violated the BC Water Act, the BC Financial Administration Act, the GATT, the Free Trade Agreement and the Sherman Anti Trust legislation in the USA.

Paul Fraser's law firm subsequently hired Colin McIver, Jack Ebbels (now deceased) and Lloyd Axworthy all of whom are linked to the Water War Crimes

Paul Fraser's current job is protector of Government secrets as Freedom of Information Commissioner and deflector of criticism as Conflicts of Interest Commissioner.

But, don't forget Brian Smith, the Attorney General for British Columbia, who, without any railway or business experience, was rewarded with the position of Chairman of CN Rail in Novermber, 1989, a few short weeks after the Ministry of the Attorney General approved the deal Paul Fraser negotiated for his client W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.

The appointment sure looked like a pay off but Brian Smith is innocent until proven guilty. Watch for pay offs resulting from the sale of BC Rail to CN Rail. Or was the pay off already made when CN Rail appointed David McLean, another lawyer with no railway experience to the high position of Chairman?

We should not forget former Chairman of CN Rail, Paul Tellier. CN Rail eventually was selected as the buyer of BC Rail. CP Rail pulled out of the bidding process because CP felt the game was rigged. Paul Tellier was Clerk of the Privy Council in Ottawa when Brian Smith, a man with no railway or business expereince, was selected to be Chairman of CN Rail.

In 1992, Paul Tellier was made President of CN Rail and he oversaw the privatization of that company. Paul Tellier stepped down as President of CN Rail a few months before the RCMP investigation of the BC Government was revealed to the public. Did Tellier have advance knowledge and from whom?

And there is Martyn Brown, who was a Social Credit intern when the Water War Crimes were underway from 1988 to 1991 and who became Gordon Campbells Chief of Staff in 1998 - a position he has never left.

And then there is the lady, Lara Dauphinee, pictured right who shares office space with Martyn Brown as Deputy Chief of Staff to Premier Campbell. Allegedly Lara is Gordon Campbell's secret mistress but some suspect she is actually a mole placed in his office by the RCMP, Lady Lara was not part of the BC Government when the Social Credit embarked on the Water War Crimes but her e-mails show up in the BC Rail Corruption Case and she may prove to be a very forthcoming witness in the upcoming trial - if properly cross examined by defence counsel.

Another Water War Crimes Insider Dies from Sudden Heart Attack

There must be something in the water.

A few days ago, Glen Shortliffe, another retired senior Canadian civil servant connected to the Water War Crimes "died unexpectedly of a heart attack at his home just a few blocks from the prme ministers residence" according to Canada's national propaganda outlet, the Globe and Mail, page s. 13, May 22, 2010.

This death marks the 12th sudden death of a Water War Crimes insider in the past 4 years commencing with Justice James Taylor from an unexpected sudden heart attack in Janaury 2006.   Visit Nine Dead Judges Don't Lie at the Water War Crimes Web Site for particulars of the death of James Taylor.
Mr. Shortliffe was the senior civil servant of Canada's from 1992 to 1994 which means that he would have approved the appointment of Water War Crimes insider Robert Edwards from position of Deputy Attorney General of British Columbia to a position of justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Febraury, 1993. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Shortliffe was Deputy Minister of Transport in charge of Canadian National Railways, in this position, he would probably have played a role in the appointment of British Columbia Attorney General, Brian Smith, to position of Chairman of Canadian National Railways in November, 1989, a few months after the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia finally put in place the secret and illegal contract between the Government of British Columbia and W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. on September 25, 1989.  The insider trade of 4.2 million shares and warrants in WCW took place four days later on September 29, 1989 and about 50% of those shares and warrants went to offshore accounts benefitting undisclosed insiders that the RCMP refused to investigate.

British Columbia lawyer, Jack Ebbels, who worked on the secret agreement, died of a sudden heart attack on February 25, 2010, a few weeks after his role was published here on this blog and at the Water War Crimes Web Site and former Deputy Attorney General Robert Edwards, died of a sudden heart attack on November 5, 2007, when his role in the Water War Crimes was exposed in court papers filed in October 2007, and British Columbia cabinet Minister Stan Hagen , a witness to many of the events due to his position as a member of Bill Vander Zalm and Gordon Campbell's cabinet, died of a sudden heart attack in January, 2009, when things began to heat up around Victoria.

Brain Smith, the former Attorney General of British Columbia, who is now a lawyer in Toronto should be very, very, careful. A "sudden heart attack" can be induced by a number of chemicals and it is an uncally co-incidence that we now have at least "five sudden heart attacks" among key witnesses to the Water War Crimes.

We also recommend that John Sims, the former Deputy Attorney General of Canada, be extremely careful. Mr. Sims suddenly resigned his position in March 2010 when caught making fradulent submissions in Canada 's Federal Court and the historical record shows that, co-incidentally, he was legal counsel at the Ministry of Transport prior to becoming Deputy Minister of Justice for Canada (1988 to 1992) which was the period when Brian Smith, the Attorney General of British Columbia was appointed Chairman of Canadian National Railways.  Like Mr. Shortliffe and 13 others who suddenly died, Mr. Sims knows some secrets and his life may be at risk.

Admittedly, Mr. Shortliffe was already ill from cancer but the sudden "unexpected" death by "heart attack" suggests he may have been executed in order to silence him. So far 14 witnesses to the Water War Crimes have dropped dead or suddenly developed terminal illnesses and died as this case has moved forward.

Recent investigations have revealed that, for the past several years, the public treasury in British Columbia has been paying a large salary to Premier Gordon Campbell's alleged sex partner / mistress - Lara.

Lara Dauphinee, the sexy looking younger woman to the left of Premier Campbell, Gordo in the picture at the right, receives a generous salary from the taxpayers and, according to reports is the Premier's regular escort at public functions, appearances and international travel. Nancy, the older distinguished looking lady to the right of the Premier in the photo, is Mr. Campbell's wife - although she and her husband are, reportedly, not sharing the matrimonial bed.

In Canada, a man is legally entitled to have sex with whatever woman or man that will agree to join him but, the use of public funds to pay a sex partner, mistress, raises serious ethical issues for Lara Dauphinee and Premier Campbell.

The payment of public monies to girlfriends and sex parters is a highly controversial matter in Canada. In May, 2002, Canadian Government Defence Minister, Art Eggleton, was forced to resign when it was learned his ex- girlfriend was given a government contract that entitled her to a mere $36,500. Lara is paid in excess of $150,000 per year.

More shocking is the revelation that Lara has been given acess to highly classified secret government documents because Premier Campbell has cleverly but transparently disguised the relationship by giving Lara Daphinee the title of Deputy Chief of Staff and Execu tive Assistant which means that, in addition to allegedly providing sex benefits for the Premier, she has probably played a serious role in the cover up of the Water War Crimes. In May 2008, Canada's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maxine Bernier, was forced to resign from cabinet after a scandal involving his allowing a girlfriend to have access to secret government documents.

Canada's mainstream media has effectively concealed the shocking story of Premier Gordon Campbell's mistress / escort and the funds the taxpayers pay to support her.

Canada Moves Ahead On Massive Water Export Project

The Water War Crimes took a new twist recently when Gordon Campbell, the Premier of Canada's westernmost province dusted off the plans to build a huge water reservoir at "Site C" in northern British Columbia. This reservoir, planned over 40 years ago, is a key part of the scheme to deliver massive amounts of fresh water to the southwest USA and northern Mexico. According to a letter dated March 29, 2010, signed by Department of Justice legal counsel, Lisa Riddle, former legal counsel on the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit, Melanie Chartier, is no longer with their office.

The departure of Melanie Chartier is surprising because she was was working at the Department of Justice, in Vancouver, as late as March 12, 2010 and gave no indication she was leaving.

Ms. Chartier was junior counsel to former Deputy Minister of Justice John Sims, Q.C., who, on March 15, 2010, announced his departure from the Department of Justice effective April 1, 2010, after allegations that he committed fraud in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit were published over the internet and circulated around the globe. What the CBC did not report was that John Sims had been accused of lying in documents filed in Federal Court and he was he was due to appear in Federal Court on April 20, 2010, to defend against an accusation that had lied in written submissions that were filed in the Court in June, 2008, and which were used to dupe a Federal Court Prothonotary acting as case management judge in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit. John Sims has, so far, escaped with his life but his tactics of stalling and dealy, since Janaury 2008, contributed to the deaths of BC Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield, BC Supreme Court Justice David Vickers, retired BC Supreme Court Justice John Bouck, BC politician, Stan Hagen and retired BC civil servant, Jack Ebbels.

These people all died after the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit was filed in Janaury 2008. Canadian Government Rejects Settlement Offer and Lets Three More Canadians Die Needlessly

Knowing that the sudden death of British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge, Hugh Stansfield, on May 7, 2009, was related to the Canadian water war crimes, correspondence was sent, in July 2009, to Canada's Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, (shown upper left) Canada's Justice Minister, Robert Nicholson, the Head of Canada's Secret Governing Council, Mr. Kevin Lynch, and to Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice, Mr. John Sims, predicting “more death and destruction”, if Federal Court Action T-95-08, were not settled.

In their letter, Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs wrote:

“Once again, we are offering you and your colleagues the opportunity to settle our claim justly and on established principles of law and equity, instead of compelling us to move forward in a manner that will, under karmic law, lead to more death and destruction"

The Canadian Government rejected this generous offer to settle and three more Canadians linked to Federal Court Action T-95-08 died.

On November 15, 2009, recently retired Justice David Vickers died. Mr. Vickers was named in Federal Court Action T-95-08 as a crooked judge who was a party to the strategy of the Governments of Canada and British Columbia to destroy Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs through crooked court cases.

On January 8, 2010, retired Justice John Bouck died. Mr. Bouck was also named in the lawsuit as a party to that same devious government strategy.

On February 25, 2010, retired British Columbia Government civil servant, Jack Ebbels, died from a sudden heart attack while sking at age 64. Mr. Ebbels he had been a key inside player in political corruption in Canada related to water exports.

Jack Ebbels, a lawyer and a former Deputy Minister with the Government of British Columbia, died February 25, 2010.

He died from a sudden heart attack while skiing in Canada.

Jack Ebbels was closely connected to the WaterWarCrimes.

Jack Ebbels was the senior lawyer from the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General, in 1988-89, assigned to "the deal" when the Government of British Columbia broke the GATT, the Canada US Free Trade Agreement and the Water Act, a domestic law, duly passed by the legislature of the Canadian province of British Columbia.

According to media reports appearing in Canada on his death, Jack Ebbels was "a deal maker".

According to unnamed sources in Canada, Jack Ebbels was a civil servant who took bribes.

Chief Justice Allan Lutfy Rejects Proposed Secret Process

Chief Justice Allan Lutfy, of Canada's Federal Court, has rejected the pleas of the Attorney General's of the Governments of Canada and British Columbia and of the five law firms that represent a number of the other Defendants in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit by British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, and his colleague, Karen Gibbs.

Over the objections of the Attorney General's of the Governments of Canada and British Columbia and of the five law firms, Chief Justice Lutfy has ordered a public hearing in Vancouver on April 20, 2010.

The case involves a claim that the Governments of Canada and British Columbia conspired to cause harm to the Plaintiffs because they had been assisting Sun Belt Water Inc., an American corporation, that was claiming access to Canada's fresh water under NAFTA and the Free Trade Agreement or, alternatively, $10.5 billion in damages - a figure that some consider should be raised given the water crisis facing California other American states and northern Mexico.

The case involves the incidental claim of a judicial conspiracy by a "mafia" operating inside the Canadian judiciary, a matter that may not be resolved because nine of the politically appointed judges involved have suddenly died as the case moved forward (Canadian judges are directly appointed by politicians). The circumstances of the sudden deaths of the judges suggests murder by insiders to prevent them from giving evidence.

Prime Minister Harper & Trade Minister Stockwell Day Visit Vancouver

On Thursday morning, February 11, 2009, Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Trade Minisder Stockwell Day were attending a meeting at the Federal Building at 300 West Georgia Street in Vancouver.

Sensing this might present an opportunity to have a brief chat with Mr. Harper or Mr. Day to update them on the dangerous tactics their Attorney General, Mr. Rob Nicholson, was using in the Federal Court, Mr. Carten wandered down to 300 West Georgia street, entered the building, and asked the lady attending at the reception desk if he could drop in to have a brief chart with either Mr. Harper or Mr. Day.

The lady advised he would need an escort to go upstairs to the meetingroom and placed a call for an escort. A few monents later, a tall, beautiful, blue-eyed, blond, woman appeared and asked why Mr. Carten wanted to speak to Mr. Harper or Mr. Day. She was handed a brief note to deliver to each of them and advised "they will know exactly who I am".

A few moments later, the police arrived, both the Vancouver City Police and the RCMP, they proceeded to interview Mr. Carten who told them the purpose of his visit and advised them to visit the WaterWarCrimes web site http://www.waterwarcrimes.com/ for background information.

The police conducted themsleves well and Mr. Carten was advised by RCMP Sergeant Dave Williams that it would be impossible to visit with either Mr. Harper or Mr. Day because their schedules were completely booked. The Sergeant did advise he would personally see to it that the request got through to the appropriate people along with a telephone number in case they wished to contact him.

Mr. Carten advised them that nine judges had suddenly droppped dead, that he had been threatened with death, that crimes were committed and that they should read the web site page entitled The Grave Yard of the Wicked at the WaterWarCrimes web site.

Both the Vancouver City Police and the RCMP said they would look at the web site.

Mr. Carten thanked them and left without having the opportunity to warn Mr. Harper or Mr. Day of the consequences of the strategy Justice Minister Nicholson and their lawyers had adopted.

In September, 2005, Prime Minister Paul Martin and his people refused to respond to Mr. Carten's reasonable request to meet and resolve the Sun Belt claim so he decided to topple their government by giving Stephen Harper the information he needed to do it.

The trick with politicians is to give their enemies the club with which to beat them. Paul Martin learned that lesson the hard way.

At this time, Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs advise they have no desire to topple Mr. Harper's government although Mr. Harper's justice minister Rob Nicholson is on very, very, thin ice.

Prothonotary Lafreniere Covers Up Corruption By Federal Court Officer

Early Friday, January 22, 2010, Federal Court prothonotary, Roger Lafreniere, refused to permit Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs pursue an investigation of what appears to have been a clear case of criminal corruption by a Federal Court Officer, namely Joanne Platt, a lawyer and long term employee of a company known as Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. who was witnessed trying to secretly communicate with a judge during a trial. The case is also complicated by the fact that Federal Government employees made fraudulent submissions to prothonotary Lafreniere in court documents that the prothonotary adopted even though he was alerted to the fraud.

The case reeks of corruption and the Canadian Judicial Council has been asked to investigate.

The case is now back on the desk of Federal Court Chief Justice Allan Lutfy who must decide if he is going to permit an open and public hearing of the appeal of the decision by the prothonotary dismissing the case. The Attorney Generals for the Governments of Canada and British Columbia and five major law firms have asked for a secret hearing.

The case involves well documented allegations of judicial corruption and judicial case fixing by the political regime of Canada's former Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, who left office amid charges of massive corruption. Both Mr. Lafreniere and Mr. Lutfy were appointed to their positions with the Federal Court by Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, and they have effectively delayed the lawsuit filed by Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibb for two years.

Ms. Gibbs has asked her member of Parliament Ron Cannan of Kelowna to investigagte but, like other Canadian politicians, he is afraid to speak out about judicial corruption.

Mr. Carten has asked Canada's Justice Minister Rob Nicholson to investigate the political bias delay and stalling by the court officers in question but Mr. Nicholson has refused to do so and refuses to address to allegations of fraud by his Deputy Minister, John Sims. Q.C.

Federal Court Chief Justice Lufty Tosses Hot Potato Back to The West Coast

The WaterWarCrimes lawsuit saw some interesting stick-handling today when Chief Justice Alan Lutfy picked up the puck deep inside the Ottawa end zone and made a long pass out to a front line player, prothonotary, Roger Lafreniere, (shown here to the right) in Vancouver.

"Oral directions received from the Court: Chief Justice Lutfy dated 21-JAN-2010 directing that Plaintiffs' letter dated January 21, 2010 is to be referred to the attention of Prothonotary Lafrenière placed on file on 21-JAN-2010"

What is at issue here is the integrity, authority and dignity of the Federal Court system in Canada.

An Officer of the Court, Ms. Joanne Platt, a lawyer with a long career with Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., was witnessed making secret signals to presiding judge, Mr. Justice Peter Leask, during a trial where Mr. Carten was being prosecuted for criminal harassment.

Mr. Justice Peter Leask was seen to be clearly shaking his head back and forth and glowering at Ms. Platt in response to Ms. Platt's clandestine requests. The only logical presumption is that Ms. Platt was trying to persuade Mr. Justice Leaks to find against Mr. Carten because Mr. Carten had launched a lawsuit against her employer, Themis, in the Canada's Federal Court system.

According to sources, Ms. Platt has a history of abusing the powers conferred upon her by the government.

In recent correspondence, Mr. Carten warned Justice Lutfy that eight judges who are linked to the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit and who were in a position to blow the whistle on deep corruption in the Governments of British Columbia asnd Canada have suffered sudden deaths.

Carten & Gibbs v. HMTQ and others,

On behalf of the Plaintiffs, I am writing to suggest that you order the Plaintiffs' contempt application against Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., herein Themis, proceed to a hearing prior to the hearing or the Plaintiffs appeal of the decision of the prothonotary made December 1, 2009.

The Plaintiffs believe that this recommendation will, greatly assist to secure the just, most expeditious and least expensive determination of this proceeding on its merits and at the same time preserve and protect the integrity, authority and dignity of your Court. Two issues that should be your foremost consideration.

Federal Court Rule 3
Federal Court Rule 466 (c )

I had just completed the process of serving the Motion Records, for the contempt Motion to be heard January 25, 2010, when I returned to my office, opened my computer, reviewed the prothonotary's direction and realized the matter was now in your capable hands. Accordingly, the Plaintiffs and the Defendants are now in a position to proceed quickly with the contempt application.

The Motion, in our Motion Record, specifically asks for leave to proceed, in compliance with the prothonotary's direction of April 11, 2008, and in compliance with the most recent direction of January 18, 2010.

The conduct of Themis was so scandalous and so unprecedented that the reputation, integrity, authority and dignity of your Court is now at risk unless the issue is resolved. Please consider the following:

1. The contemptuous act was carried out by a senior employee of Themis, a party to Action T-95-08. The Plaintiffs do not yet know whether Themis was acting alone or in league with the other Defendants. There may have been a generalized criminal conspiracy among one or more of the Defendants, all of whom are represented by prominent legal counsel. The contempt process should assist to identify if there are any co-conspirators among the remaining Defendants.

2. The contemptuous act was carried out by a lawyer that is a stranger to this proceeding, T-95-08, but , who is a long term employee of Themis. Therefore, it is probable she was taking directions from some unidentified person or persons.

3. The contempt proceeding will elicit evidence that will be useful to the appellants on appeal to assist to prove a criminal conspiracy against them by insiders with the Governments of British Columbia and Canada.

4. The issue goes to the integrity, dignity and authority of the Court in respect which you are the Chief Justice. One of your Officers carried out a criminal act, namely, obstruction of justice. The act was observed by at least two witnesses who have provided sworn evidence to that effect. Your Officer engaged in a criminal act that was, most probably, intended to assist a party to Federal Court Action T-95-08. The most probable suspect is her employer, Themis, which is why we are bringing the application against Themis.

5. The conduct of the Court Officer in question must be investigated. Ms. Platt has probably done this kind of thing more than once. From the perspective of the Plaintiffs, as litigants, if Ms. Platt and her unidentified colleagues were prepared to secretly persuade Mr. Justice Leask to breach his Oath of Office why would she and her colleagues not do the same with the prothonotary who rendered his decision against the Plaintiffs on December 1, 2009 and who is, by his direction of January 18. 2010, shileding them from investigation? The whole matter reeks of corruption.

6. The Plaintiffs remind the Court that a contempt application may be brought ex parte but, in this case, all parties were served and, shortly afterward, the prothonotary issued his directive of January 18, 2010. Was this another attempt to obstruct justice through secret communication to a judicial officer?

7. The Plaintiffs submit that the issue merits the involvement of the Canadian Judicial Council's investigative arm that may wish to review this matter directly with Mr. Justice Leask and get his evidence before Ms. Platt and her colleagues are able to threaten Mr. Justice Leask should he blow the whistle on them. As you know, there have been some sudden deaths of other judges in a similar position who were linked to this case.

There is some speculation that Mr. Justice Leask is a Freemason and that Ms. Platt used Freemasonic signals and gestures to communicate with him. At this time, we have been unable to verify this information but, if Mr. Leask or Ms. Platt are associated with Freemasonry, then Mr. Leask may be in a very, very, difficult situation when asked to give evidence against “a sister” due to the Masonic Oath. I will leave this vexing issue in your capable hands.

Finally, on the issue of the whether or not the appeal of the decision of the prothonotary should be by way of an oral hearing or in writing, the Plaintiffs submit, with respect, that the Federal Court Rules do not confer any discretion upon the Court to order the matter be resolved solely by written submissions unless the moving party makes a motion to that effect.

Federal Court Chief Justice Lutfy Handed Hot Potato

We believe that an "officer" of the Federal Court committed a criminal act in a blatant attempt to obstruct justice in order to assist one of the parties to Federal Court Action T-95-08. We have two sworn affidavits that are in the court file attesting to the crime committed. A criminal act of obstruction of justice by an "Officer of the Court", if left unresolved, raises questions about the intergrity of Federal Court that go directly the authority of the Court itself.

We have advised the Court of our intention to file and serve a motion for contempt of court against Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. to be considered on January 25, 2010.

The following directions from Prothonotary Lafreniere indicate that the matter is now in the hands of Chief Justice Lutfy of the Federal Court of Canada. [CJ = Chief Justice]

Carten & Gibbs Lawsuit Targets American Corporation, Maximus, Inc.

The Federal Court of Canada lawsuit launched by John Carten and Karen Gibbs, in January 2008, took another nasty turn, yesterday, with Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs delivering of a Motion Record to opposing legal counsel seeking leave to proceed with an application to find the Defendant, Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., in contempt of the Federal Court of Canada.

At issue is the bizarre conduct of Themis employee, Joanne Platt, who was witnessed engaging in some form of secret non verbal communication with Mr. Justice Peter Leask on August 22, 2008, when Mr. Carten was defending himself on a charge of criminal harassment brought against him by the Governments of Canada and British Colubmia on the basis of a fraudulent statement given to the police by a British Columbia government employee who, like Themis, is a Defendant in the Federal Court of Canada lawsuit.

Mr. Carten was eventually acquitted but the conduct of Ms. Platt remains unexamined and Themis has refused, for several months, to explain why its employee, a lawyer, attended the court proceeding and engaged in secret communications with the assigned trial judge. Witnesses saw the trial judge vigorously shaking his head at Ms. Platt who was sitting in the gallery making gestures and facial expressions but not saying anything. There are unconfirmed reports the Mr. Justice Peter Leask is a Freemason and it has been suggested by investigators that Ms. Platt may have been using secret Freemasonic signals to communicate with Justice Leask who clearly refused to co-operate in what appears to have been an attempt to fix the outcome of the prosecution.

Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs have accused Themis of attempted obstruction of justice, a criminal offence that carries a 14 year penalty in Canada, and they are asking the Federal Court to make a finding that Themis was in comtempt of court by using its employee, a Federal Court Officer, to attempt to manipulate the outcome of a judicial proceeding that was related to the Federal Court lawsuit.

Themis is a wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of the publicly traded American corporation, Maximus, Inc., that has had issues with the authorities in the United States involving fraud by its employees. However, this is the most serious public complaint made against an operation of Maximus, Inc. to date.

In previous correpondence, Mr. Carten had contacted legal counsel for Maximus, Inc. at its head office in the United States asking for an investigation of these matters but Maximus, Inc. has stonewalled and refused to respond to the allegations.

The Lawsuit Continues

On December 1, 2009, a prothonotary of the Federal Court dismissed the WaterWarCimes lawsuit after five applications to dismiss were filed by five different law firms. We are including Canada's Ministry of Justice and British Columbia's Ministry of the Attorney General under the phrase "law firms".

Two other large Canadian "law firms", with close linkages to the Canadian and British Columbia governments, were hoping to join the battle on behalf of various clients, all of whom work either for the Canadian or British Columbia governments, to try to get the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit thrown out of court, but, they missed the filing deadline so there were only five applications that the Court was considering or, we should say, "that the Court should have considered" because the prothonotary, improperly, considered the application by Ottawa lawyer Martin Mason, with the law firm of Gowlings, an application that was initially rejected because it filed outside the time limit set by the Court. Mr. Mason represents the Canadian Judicial Council and a group of judges who we believe were part of the judicial conspiracy against us. On one level, we were surprised the prothonotary would do this because Mr. Mason clearly did not have any status in the Court at that time. On another level, we were not surprised because there are some very influential and powerful people who are very desperate to stop our lawsuit from proceeding because it will expose their participation in the WaterWarCrimes.

We don't mind a fight. The bad guys can hire a hundred big law firms and, if we are allowed to get to court we, two average citizens, will beat them into the dirt because they have no case.

We have already destroyed eight judges (crooked lawyers in robes) who committed criminal offences in order to harm us.

Those judges thought there were protected by "the doctrine of judicial immunity". Well, did they ever learn a lesson. They are dead and "the doctrine of judicial immunity" didn't protect them one little bit, did it?

Our allegations of the misconduct by some of the judges represented by Mr. Mason are set out on the Defendants page on our website http://www.waterwarcrimes.com/ The reader can look at the information filed under the names of Alberta Judges Barbara Romaine, Adele Kent, Sal Lovecchio and Donald Wilkins. Mr. Mason represents some other clients, such as the Canadian Judicial Council and its present and past executive directors, Norman Sabourin and Jeannnie Thomas, respectively. Mr. Maslon also represents Canada's Chief Justice, Beverly McLachlin whom we regard as an accomplice in these events.

We were fully anticipating that the prothonotary assigned to the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit would dismiss it. So, the prothonotary's decision was no surprise to us.

We had objected when the prothonotary, Mr. Roger Lafreniere, intervened and took over conduct of the case back in April, 2008, and asked for "a real judge". However, Federal Court Chief Justice, Alan Lutfy, would not permit "a real judge" to handle the case and, instead, appointed the prothonotary to be the case management judge.

We filed an appeal of the Chief Justice's Order, in May 2008, and sat back and watched to see how the prothonotray would do his job. Not surprisingly, the prothnotary delayed making a decision for 17 months and, then, dismissed our case, exactly as we anticipated he would.

The law regarding as application to dismiss a claim before a trial is not rocket science, so the case should have been decided in a matter of weeks.

Instead, we waited for 17 months. Was the delay intentional? We think so.

The prothonotary wrote in his decision that he waited until the appeal was over out of "deference" to the Federal Court of Appeal that was hearing our appeal of Chief Justice Lutfy's decision to appoint a prothonotary to handle the case.

We think that the comment is simply a face saving excuse by the prothonotary but we won't dwell on that issue here.

Incidentally, the Federal Court of Appeal dismissed our appeal and said it was not-illegal for Chief Justice Lutfy to appoint a prothonotary to a case like the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit. We disagreed with the decision but accepted it and, after it was delivered, we wrote Chief Justice Lutfy requesting he direct the prothonotary "to sh-t or get off the pot". Well, to be truthful, we were more polite than that and about two months later the prothonotary delivered his decision against us.

A prothonotary is a lawyer who is, essentially, a well trained court clerk. He may know the law better than most court clerks and he probably knows the law of procedure better than most lawyers but, on nasty cases against the government, like the WaterWarCrimes case, a prothonotary is in very bad position because he has no job security.

If the prothonotary offends the people on the inside who are trying to hide the facts of this case he could lose his job tomorrow.

So, we will be kind to prothonotary Lafreniere and just say that we understand that he was in a very tough position, his career and job were on the line and "he did the best he could in the circumstances".

On December 7, 2009, we filed a Notice of Motion appealing the decision of the prothonotary and the appeal will be heard by a single judge of the Federal Court.

Today, January 7, 2010, we filed a 262 page Motion Record to follow up on that appeal and delivered copies to opposing legal counsel. In that Motion Record there is documentary evidence proving some very serious criminal misconduct by one or more of the Defendants in the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit.

The Governments of Canada and British Columbia are deathly afraid the Canadian people will learn the truth about the political corruption behind the WaterWarCrimes.

All opposing legal counsel are so concerned about possible media coverage for this case that that they have approached the Federal Court asking that the Appellants be required to argue their appeal in writing so that no one can listen to or report on the legal arguments presented to the Court.

Things Appear To Be Heating Up

Things started to heat up today.

Yesterday, the Federal Court in Ottawa spent one hour looking at our web site. Whoever was visiting was very curious because they looked at 28 pages of material.

Then on, Tues., Jan. 5 at 8AM, John Carten appeared on The Lendman News Hour a US National Radio Program that specializes in public affairs with host Steve Lendman.

Mr. Carten and Mr. Lendman spent an hour discussing the events related to the WaterWarCrimes in Canada.

Immediately after the appearance on US Radio, the Office of the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Canada called for Mr. Carten who was unavailable to take the call due to other commitments.

That same afternoon, Canada's Prime Minister announced he would be appearing on National television.

Are these events related?

Are these actions by the Chief Justice and the Prime Minister related to the information sent to every Canadian Senator and every member of theHouse of Comons concerning the fraudulent mis-representation by the Deputy Minister of Justice and Deputy Attorney General for Canada, Mr. John Sims, Q.C?

We may never know but, one thing we know for sure is that the Government of Canada has been covering up something, very big related to water issues, for a very long time.

Two Canadian citizens and their families were put under surveillance, targeted, threatened with death and financially ruined by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia because they were helping the American company, Sun Belt Water Inc. and its investors, who were the victims of fraud by Canadian Governments, in a lawsuit that threatened to expose a criminal conspiracy that took place at the highest levels of government in Canada by insiders who had expected to profit from a monopoly over bulk water exports from Canada to the United States.

There are eight sudden judicial deaths linked to this case.

ln the case of each judge, there was motive for murder.

Two Canadian Prime Ministers were forced out of office by this case.

Will Stephen Harper be Prime Minister number three?

Prime Minister Paul Martin ran out of the back door of a cabinet meeting room at the Grand Hotel in Kelowna in 2004 because of this case.

One BC Premier, Glen Clark, was forced out of Office by this case.

One Chief Justice of Canada, Antonio Lamer, resigned over this case and then died after his involvement in the water war crimes was exposed.

Two BC Chief Justices resigned over this case.

The Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of BC, Mr. Hugh Stansfield, died on May 7, 2009 a mere three weeks after Mr. Carten exposed his crimes and predicted that such exposure "would destroy his career and might kill him".

Why did BC Premier Gordon Campbell appoint a criminal to be the Chief Judge of his Provincial Court? Recently acquired internal BC Government documents, now posted online at our website, prove the BC Government intentionally broke the Canada US Free Trade Agreement and the GATT in an attempt top confer a bulk water export monopoly in political insiders.
There is a Canadian media black out on this case. The Canadian and BC Governments are afraid of this case.

The RCMP refused to investigate the offshore accounts linked to this case.
